English language challenges
Hello everyone, today I will tell you about my experience learning English at university.
First of all, as I said before, I think that the most enriching experiences for my knowledge of English were during the presential classes that we had, because, during the period of online classes, I don't feel a very satisfactory learning, but that's only for me, it may be that someone has learned totally well online and presential not, but this is my experience. The use of blogs, since the first year, I didn't like it very much, because you need to comment on the posts of your classmates, so you need interaction; which is something I don't have with my classmates, but out of that, I think it's something innovative. With respect to improving my English, I think I have a lot to improve in the area of interaction with another person, as reading English is easier than expressing myself, so I need to improve my speaking and listening skills, as I understand the language when it is spoken more slowly, but with people who speak very fast I can't understand the whole message, I just have notions of what the person meant. I also need to improve my ability to write faster, as it takes me a long time to outline ideas in the language, something that in my native language is very easy for me, but it is something I need to improve, as in social work there is a lot of academic content in English, and if I want to learn from it, I need to have a good command of the language. Today, not knowing English is an impediment to learning new things, so I feel it as something primordial in life; thank you very much for reaching this point colleagues, be well.
